YOUR ACTIVITY

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply a promotional code to an existing order in retrospect. Promotional codes have issue and end dates. You must use your promotional code within the specified time frame. Promotional codes cannot be used on Gift Voucher purchases.

DELIVERY

Please ensure that the shipping address details provided for your order are correct. GAKHEI is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to GAKHEI by any courier for any reason will be subject to a returned charge, cost varies from locations.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

GAKHEI will ONLY accept refund on items which has manufacturing defect, you may return or exchange your purchase within 10 days when it is presented with established proof of purchase. Otherwise, GAKHEI will not refund any Product. GAKHEI allows its customers to return purchased Products for an exchange, as long as the following cumulative conditions are met:

- The exchange must be requested within a maximum of 30 days following the date of the invoice;

- The returned Product must be brand new, unused (unopened). Upon return of the Product, GAKHEI’s quality control will assess its condition;

- The Product must be returned with the original box, fully intact.

- The Product must not be on sales items.

Products not accepted for returns

GAKHEI reserves the right to refuse to take back a Product in the following cases:

- Returned products that are incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn;

- Products that have been the subject of a return request more than twice successively;

- Products that were specially ordered such as the creation of an item at the Customer’s request;

- Products that are purchased under a discounted or on sales price.

LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY REPRESENTATION ON THIS WEBSITE

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Macao SAR. China and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macao SAR. China and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions derogates from GAKHEI’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by GAKHEI with respect to that use.
